Pushing one's limits

It's apparent that I have been working too hard launching the new Inner Truth Directory. A painful case of RSI in my right arm, from my fingers to my shoulder blade.

I'm a stickler for deadlines, and I really had hoped every single business would be on the site today. As it stands, only around 60 have been published. I hope to add the other 50% before Monday.

I don't like it when I allow my own personal limits to be pushed, I could feel the tension/pressure forming on Thursday. I did not heed the warning and I did not allow myself to work at a relaxed, unpressurised pace.

This is the thing I notice. Yet again, the warning signs are ignored and if ONLY we would listen to ourselves.
We accomplish much more when we approach things in a relaxed manner. It is true. Sometimes we have to go away, stop what we are doing and only sit down to work KNOWING completely that the work will get finished a lot quicker when we are relaxed and ENJOYING it!

When it becomes a chore, things take a lot longer.

So, in retrospect. I have ignored the warning and I have, thankfully acknowledged the truth.
