It's apparent that I have been working too hard launching the new Inner Truth Directory. A painful case of RSI in my right arm, from my fingers to my shoulder blade.
I'm a stickler for deadlines, and I really had hoped every single business would be on the site today. As it stands, only around 60 have been published. I hope to add the other 50% before Monday.
I don't like it when I allow my own personal limits to be pushed, I could feel the tension/pressure forming on Thursday. I did not heed the warning and I did not allow myself to work at a relaxed, unpressurised pace.
This is the thing I notice. Yet again, the warning signs are ignored and if ONLY we would listen to ourselves.
We accomplish much more when we approach things in a relaxed manner. It is true. Sometimes we have to go away, stop what we are doing and only sit down to work KNOWING completely that the work will get finished a lot quicker when we are relaxed and ENJOYING it!
When it becomes a chore, things take a lot longer.
So, in retrospect. I have ignored the warning and I have, thankfully acknowledged the truth.

Boundaries
Boundaries in relationships define limits, in regards to social and personal behaviour and roles. More often than not these are not discussed in any depth, because we assume our partners have the same boundaries as we do. As a relationship matures, non-verbal and verbal boundaries are put into place; which occurs as part of the growth of the relationship.
Most upsets and arguments arise within a relationship when our own personal boundaries are breached, when our expectations have been dashed or when we have breached the other persons boundaries or failed to meet their expectations.
Our expectations and boundaries are based on many personal factors. These personal factors are mostly based on our own upbringing, the way we treat people and the way we expect others to treat us, self beliefs, self worth and self respect.
When someone close to us fails to meet our expectations we feel offended. We take it personally. We feel as though that person doesn't care about us, or doesn't understand us, value us or even that they don't like us any more.
When someone else upsets us, it is because they have overstepped our own personal boundaries. They have taken us out of our comfort zone into an area where we feel we are losing or have lost control of our position in their lives. We have tendencies to feel disappointed with them, in them and to feel hurt, mistrustful and misunderstood.
In summary, when someone (knowingly or unknowingly) oversteps our boundaries we take it very personally.

Chakra Effects
When we eat a meal, our physical body processes it. It takes what we need and uses it to fuel our body, what isn't needed we pass as waste. Likewise in life, our experiences and our feelings are also processed. Ideally, we should take what we need to fuel us emotionally, mentally and spiritually, and discard the waste. Unfortunately, we don't always do this (be that by conditioning via upbringing, pre-life contract or fear).
We are all pre-conditioned to some degree. That is as we have grown up, our families and friends have all influenced us, we've all felt fear, love, embarrassment, shame and many other emotions. But did you process them?Having an emotion fully processed means that you are no longer effected by the emotion, that you have learnt, understood and can freely move forward unaffected by it in your life. (This doesn't make you cold, it makes you compassionate, if you feel coldly unaffected, it has not been fully processed).

Searching
By request we have added a basic search facility to the site, so that users can quickly reference the best page for the job!
It is a very basic search facility, but it's a start whilst we are still getting everything together.
We have completed our updates to our chakra pages, and are now working on pages to assist with the medical and emotional conditions related to each chakra.
Recently uploaded today, in reference to the base chakra, Obesity, Constipation and Security/Insecurity. We hope over the coming months to be able to provide additional support pages for all the chakras and physical and emotional conditions. This will however, take some time.
Do please profer your support for the site by clicking on an advert or two; we are very pleased with the standard of ads being served; we hope you enjoy them too.
Also, it's always great to hear when you have benefited from the site; so please do leave us a comment here, or via the site.

The Birth
The birth of INNER TRUTH ( www.inner-truth.net ) was based on a personal journey of discovery and one which is about taking responsibility for yourself.
Due to the response of the personal site, we have moved it over within business proportions to enable us to devote more time to the development of the site. Hopefully too to be there for those in need. The revenue from advertising will help us to continue working on, building on and having the time available to respond to all the requests which have been recieved for new articles, help and information.
Everyone is on their own path and it is important for us not to push our beliefs down other peoples throats. Do take on board what you feel is right for you; and only what you feel is right.
